ALF VILLAGE

All members of the network were invited to spend a convivial and festive moment in the Bois de la Cambre in Brussels between 19 and 21 August 2022 as part of the FAL Village. This event was part of a larger event, Théâtres Nomades (15th edition of a theatre and street arts festival). This event brought together more than 28,000 spectators in 2022.

The “FAL Village” aimed to present the various civil society organisations to the spectators but also to create links between these structures themselves.

About ten associations took part in the adventure during this colourful weekend!
ALDA, the European Association for Local Democracy in Strasbourg, Duo for a Job, the European Confederation of Youth Clubs, Arts et Publics, Le Petit Vélo Jaune, Cultures Publics, SCI, MUS-E, BOZAR and the research group of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Ghent – Conflict Development, animated the village during three days. Thanks to them.

It was a great success and we hope to organise more such meetings in the future.
